Tax Cards are available at town hall for a fee of $1.00. The Town of Northfield does not fax tax cards.

The Town of Northfield has contracted with Avitar for all assessing services, we are currently updating all sales information and all building permit information.

Elderly Exemption:

If you think you qualify, please contact us at Town Hall for an application. You must be 65 by April 1st.

Asset limit: $50,000 excluding house and up to two acres of land.

Income limits:

$28,500 single person
$38,500 married couple

Amount taken off assessed value:

$50,000 age 65-74
$60,000 age 75-79
$90,000 age 80+
