Northfield Recycling
Center

REDUCE: Buy only what you need and
use up whatever you buy. Look for items with a minimum of
packaging.
REPAIR: Fix items that are broken
rather than purchase new ones.
REUSE: Look for reusable items
rather than disposable ones. If you can no longer use something,
find someone else who can, through donations, garage sales, classified
ads or resale shops.
RECYCLE: Create new items out of
unwanted ones.
