1. Minutes – March 29, 2021 & May 3, 2021
2. Eric Levesque – Minor Site Plan Review to widen driveway entrance located at 28 Sargent Street (U03-25) in the Commercial/Industrial Zone.
3. Soda Brook Cooperative – for a Minor Site Plan Review to add 2 additional lots for mobile homes at 520 Shaker Road Lot 8 (Map R19 Lot 09) in the R1 Zone.
4. Anthony & Wanita Cross – for Major Subdivision on Bean Hill Road (Map R11 Lot 7) in the R1 & Conservation Zone.
5. Other Business – Miles Clark to have an informal discussion regarding minor subdivision and lot line adjustments.
