Code Enforcement/Building Inspector

Guy Boucher serves as Northfield's Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer.

Guy is available to help residents through the building permit process. If you are planning on building or subdividing he can tell you if you need a permit or whether you will need to go through the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment to obtain your permit.

As Code Enforcement Officer Guy is also responsible for enforcing the zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations. If you would like to report a violation - such as a business operating in a residential area - Guy is the person to call.
