Emergency Management

Police Chief John Raffaelly serves as Northfield's Emergency Management Director. As EMD, it is Chief Raffaellys' responsibility to coordinate Northfield's emergency preparedness programs and serve as incident commander in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency.
