Parks Commission

Strive to enhance the quality of life for all Northfield citizens, by providing a variety of recreational activities, events, relaxation, fitness, and encourage life-long learning, and that all facilities and open spaces are fun and safe.

The Parks Commission is responsible for managing land owned by the Town as a park and/or recreation area as follows...

• Pines Park - Located at the intersection of Park St, Summer St and Dearborn Rd
• Surrette Park - Located off of Park St on Gibson Mill Dr
• Arch Park - Located off of Summer St, with walking access from Elm St and Memorial Dr
• Blais Park - Located at the end of Cross Mill Rd just before the bridge to cross into Franklin
• Glines Park - Located on Glines Park Dr and Sandogardy Pond Rd
